Chris, the co-owner and operator of Hamilton Residential Property Management LLC, is highly qualified and brings a wealth of expertise to the table. A Morris County native and proud graduate of Parsippany Hills High School, Chris went on to earn a bachelor's degree in justice administration from the prestigious College of St. Elizabeth. With over two decades in law enforcement under his belt, Chris has been recognized with numerous awards, citations and accommodations for his exemplary service.

Apart from his successful career in law enforcement, Chris also possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the construction industry. With over 20 years of experience in this field, he has mastered various disciplines of construction, making him well-equipped to handle any property management project with utmost efficiency.

However, beyond his impressive professional credentials lies another important aspect that sets Chris apart - he is a devoted family man. As a husband to a amazing wife and father to five incredible children, they are truly his reasons for everything he does.

Hamilton Residential Property Management LLC is fortunate to have David Errichiello as its co-owner and operator, as he brings a wealth of qualifications and expertise to the table. Hamilton Residential Property Management LLC is a family run business. Raised in Morris County, New Jersey, David is a proud graduate of Parsippany Hills High School and excelled in the Building Trades, Woodworking & Cabinetmaking Programs.

David’s foundation of skills and knowledge started in middle school by taking Woodworking and Metals/Welding before moving to Parsippany Hills High School. David took Building Trades 1, 2, 3, Woodworking, 1 & 2, Cabinetmaking 1 & 2, Mechanical Drawing & Drafting, 1 & 2, CAD Drawing, Stagecraft 1 & 2.  

Upon graduation David received the Rocco Scerbo Memorial Scholarship for top of his class in the building trades program.

David has had an impressive career spanning over three decades in construction remodeling and construction management industry. Including owning His own Construction and Cabinet Companies for 25 years. David currently has over 30 years of hands-on experience. 

Additionally, David dedicates his time as a hunter education instructor for the State of NJ. showcasing his commitment to serving his community.

During his spare time David can be found camping, fishing, hunting, kayaking with his family.
